Refurbished Product Warranty Policy

Warranty period

The TECHNO WORLD commercial warranty lasts for 6 months from the documented delivery date for a refurbished product that is expressly sold with this warranty.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers qualifying hardware faults that arise during normal intended use and are confirmed by TECHNO WORLD after inspection.

• Covered internal hardware or component failures under normal use.
• Faults that prevent the product from performing its normal hardware functions.

What is not normally covered

• Accidental, impact, liquid, fire or other external damage occurring after delivery.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, unsuitable power sources or failure to follow reasonable usage instructions.
• Unauthorized modification or damage caused by an improper repair.
• Software, malware, passwords, accounts, configuration issues or loss of customer data unless directly caused by a covered hardware fault.
• Normal cosmetic signs of prior use that were disclosed or visible at sale and do not affect normal operation.
• Normal deterioration of consumable components, such as gradual battery-capacity reduction, except where a defect or applicable law provides otherwise.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact TECHNO WORLD and provide the order or invoice number, the product details and a clear description of the problem. We may request reasonable photos, video or diagnostic information before arranging inspection.

Inspection and warranty service

A warranty claim is subject to inspection. If the fault qualifies, TECHNO WORLD will provide an appropriate warranty remedy, which may include repair, replacement of the defective component, replacement with an equivalent product, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Your data

Customers should back up important files and remove confidential information where practical before submitting a device for service. Warranty service may require testing, resetting or replacing storage or other components.
